UPS Drivers’ New Contract Offers Generous Salary and Benefits
In a new five-year contract agreement, full-time UPS drivers are set to earn an average of $170,000 annually, including benefits. Carol Tomé, the CEO of UPS, unveiled the details of the salary ranges for both full-time and part-time drivers during an earnings call.
The agreement comes as the Teamsters union, which represents UPS employees, is in the process of ratifying the tentative contract.
