Total suspension of flights between Morocco and 17 countries

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has announced that it is suspending all flights to and from 17 countries as part of preventive measures to fight the spread of epidemics of 17 coronoviruses. The air carrier has indicated that this suspension will extend until May 21, 2021.

The suspension concerns Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Turkey, England, Egypt, Algeria, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea-Concery, Mali and Ghana. This also applies to special flights. “With the exception of medical and cargo flights, all types of flights to the mentioned destinations are suspended,” the national airline said.

The measure extends a decision that concerned some countries last March. The National Airports Office (ONDA) stated that this suspension will remain in force until 10 April.
