The hour is drawing near! This Friday, February 4 at 1 pm in France, the 24th Olympic Games in history will officially begin at the Beijing National Stadium, known as the Bird’s Nest. In the same place as during the 2008 Summer Olympics! Like 14 years ago, director Zhang Yimou would be on top, and his show at the Summer Olympics impressed.
What will the program be?
This time, the themes will not be the same: perhaps for Chinese New Year, but also… for ecology. A ceremony that will have a special flavor with controversies over artificial snow. Who is the flag bearer of France?
Alpine skier Tessa Varley and freestyle skier Kevin Rowland have been named the Olympic flag-bearers of France by their teammates.
