Roland Garros organizers say both members of the men’s doubles team tested positive for COVID-19 and were ruled out of the tournament.

The players have been quarantined. The tournament did not identify him.

Instead, the first team in the men’s doubles alternate list will compete.

The French Tennis Federation said on Wednesday night that these were the first two positive of 2,446 coronavirus tests given to players and those around them since the qualifying round began on May 24.
