Haley Wilby resists change of image because she will be ‘unemployed without blonde hair’

Holly Wilfby says one of the reasons she’s where she is now is because of the blonde hair underneath.

The 39-year-old Morning Host played a role in landing on TV and credited her for not changing her hair color for fear of being “unemployed”.

The host of the ITV Day-Time show joined Big Brother legend Devina McCall on Instagram Live on Tuesday evening as they held a live hair dyeing session.

The pair are two Garnier faces and they joined more than 10,000 followers for their live stream, as they share how they have been rooting for them since the lockdown began.

Holly said: “I’m not an expert, but you don’t have to be. That’s what color is all about.

“If it hadn’t been for the lockdown, I’m not sure we would have done it on camera.

“But now people know we actually do it at home.”

Davina added: “I felt a bit invisible when I went from blonde to brunette, but I won’t go back now.”

This made Holi happy, who said: “Good job you brunette and I’m blonde then. If I weren’t blonde I would have quit my job.”

Holly then went on to say that she was debating with herself about whether her look should be rebuilt in the new year.

He continued: “I went a little further during the lockdown and I’m debating if I can chop again.”

All of this happened after Holly dropped two days of this morning late last week, spreading anxiety.

At the time, his co-host Philip Schofield said he was getting a “well-earned rest” but over the weekend Holly confirmed what had caused him to take a vacation.

Going to her Instagram story over the weekend, Holly said her absence scared her kids of the coronavirus and wanted to make sure they were okay.

Holly wrote: “I wanted to thank you for all your kind messages.

“Over the last few days our two children have been sick and have symptoms of covid. We waited for the test results before I could return to work in compliance with the official guidelines.

“The couple wanted to take care of two weak children, which meant staying away from this morning for two days.

“I chose not to warn everyone about it because my focus was on caring for them … Thanks to all the tests that came back negative and everyone felt much better than that. See you on Monday. “
